1. Who we are
Overvue is an email intelligence platform for real estate agencies, operated by Jun Kurosawa.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Email content — emails forwarded to your Overvue inbound address by your email provider
- Email metadata — sender name, sender address, subject line, and timestamp
- Account information — your name, email address, and role within your organisation, provided via Clerk authentication
- Phone numbers — Australian phone numbers extracted from email content where present
- Property addresses — property addresses extracted from email content where present
3. How we use your data
- To generate AI-powered summaries of your emails using the Anthropic Claude API
- To deliver notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email digest
- To display email summaries, fire alerts, opportunities, and enquiries on the Overvue dashboard
- To group enquiries by property address for your convenience
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data storage
- Your data is stored on servers managed via Hostinger VPS infrastructure. Servers may be located in Australia or internationally.
- Email summaries and associated data are retained for the duration of your active account.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@overvue.com.au.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Overvue:
- Anthropic Claude API — AI processing of email content to generate summaries
- Clerk — authentication and user account management
- Postmark — inbound email reception and outbound email delivery
- Twilio — WhatsApp notification delivery
- Telegram — Telegram notification delivery
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies if you have concerns about how your data is handled by these providers.
6. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal information

7. Cookies
Overvue uses authentication cookies provided by Clerk to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
